Behind a broken maintenance access hatch, a tiled blue and white room is dominated by a huge reservoir of opalescent, odorless fluid. Large tubes stick out of the reservoir and lead to various parts of the facility. Occasionally the fluid will churn briefly as it is partially drained or refilled. A humming and clicking can be felt if not heard through the tube surfaces.

• Fluid: an industrial lubricant. Anything that comes in contact with it becomes virtually frictionless. Hands coated in it will be unable to grip weapons or torches; feet coated in it slip and fall. Requires soap to remove.
• Tubes: these can be used to access different areas in the dungeon: 2.5, 7.6, and 7.27. The input tube comes from 8.10.
