A gently sloping black stone room dotted with stone chairs arranged in rows facing the northwest wall. Webs fill the corners and cover the ceiling. A stone door leading south is armed with an alarm web that alerts the brood mother in 2.22. Five spider swarms lurk in the webs, hungry for prey.

• Chairs: Burst web egg sacks fill many of them, easier to move than they should be by weight. They slide easily around the room when pushed but stay in place otherwise.
• Wall: Engraved with spidery arcane symbols. Unless destroyed, any spider that dies in this room will emerge from its corpse again, alive after 10 minutes.
