This oddly shapeless chamber seems both endlessly large and vanishingly small. A temporal spatial anomaly fluctuates at its center, generating perpetual waves of rippling space-time. The anomaly is conscious and capable of telepathic communication and projection. It is an infinite time god that has taken to “hanging out” near the apparatus as it “likes the sound” it makes. It’s happy to meet mortals and is full of questions about the experience of those trapped in a timeflow that is always rushing “forward”. It is also happy to help the party reach the star manifold in 6.23 by folding the space in between, or answer any questions the party has about the past, though it coyly refuses to talk about the future, claiming that it would be cheating to do so. If a wizard spends a full month in this chamber, they learn the time stop spell, even if they are not powerful enough to cast it.
