A large marble library with shelves of clay tablets, each one containing a proclamation of law. Only the most recent century seems to be represented and the tablets are still moist to the touch. A stone door is locked in the west wall and a strange round door leads to the north.

The clay tablets are not themselves magical, but the clay is. It retains a memory of every shape it has ever held and can be called back to that shape with tonal sounds. Each tablet is worth 120 gp on its own and two hundred tablets are here. The clay can also be pulled from the tablet casings and combined, allowing the construction of a clay golem that can be commanded by music.
