This damp room isn't flooded like 4.2 and 4.3, instead it contains 4 shallow basins filled with foul water. The twelve polywogs here are being "instructed" by a single stressed out frogman named Hermano who encourages them to stay out of the pools to "encourage lung development". The wide-eyed curious youths of 4.3 have been replaced with self-obsessed, know-it-all teenagers wailing against authority in any form. As outsiders the PCs will gain an immediate level of cool to the adolescents, who will ape any unique characteristics the characters may exhibit. Their favor is fickle though and any perceived faux pas will be loudly ridiculed and laughed at by the whole class.
