Scattered remains of a military encampment built up against a spent battlefield. Long-cold piles of burned fishfolk corpses dot the space. A cold low breeze circles the chamber, accompanied by a burbling echoed sob. Lurking in the piles are three fishfolk ghosts, confused and scared. They speak a number of languages and are very intelligent. They complain about drying out, being thirsty, and not being able to breathe. If they are given water they will be put at ease for 3 hours, during which time they can talk about anything on this level. They forget everything after 3 hours and revert to hiding and sobbing.
