Hidden behind a secret door, this large room is lined with glass globes containing milky fluid. A door in the west wall is unlocked and leads to 5.11. The floor, ceiling, and east wall are engraved with strange arcane symbols, a hybrid of Arkean glyphs and the aquatic language of the Ul'kari.

• Secret Door — Disguised on both sides as an engraving of an enormous sea serpent, its head bulbous and heavy with tentacles, and its massive back covered in spines. The wall spins on a pivot when the three eggs within the image are pressed simultaneously.
• Glass Globes — Gazing into the milky fluid fills the mind of the viewer with the scenes from one of the many connected manifold portals.
• Arcane Symbols — Someone fluent in Arkean can DC 18 INT to determine the glyphs add surveillance magic to the underlying manifold arcana.
