If Silus is finished with its political rally in (6.4), it is here belittling its staffers and being universally awful. They will all attempt to bully intruders into supporting their political ambitions, but are forced to kill the living to free the voters trapped inside them. Silus is terrified of the Don, and will flee if the Don arrives.
