This public courtyard is decorated in dark blue and black banners with large urns overflowing with bouquets of dried flowers. Discordant music plays as a crowd of well-dressed free dead attend the wedding of two skeletons. A wraith attends as an officiant.

• Discordant Music — A band composed of four ghouls, playing mostly wind instruments, which is heard since they do not need to breathe.
• Two Skeletons — These two don’t actually know each other and can’t speak to protest. They are dressed for the occasion, though, and everyone else agrees they belong together.
• Wraith — A total curmudgeon and a total dick. This guy will fly off the handle at the most minor inconvenience and attacks any intruders. Everyone else here feels the need to protect him.
