A long, broad, curved causeway lined with murals depicting ancient sites of the Arkean surface, all now long since fallen into ruin. Free dead tourists wander through the way excited to reach the surface. Some are outspoken supporters of Silus, the hopeful autocrat in (6.4). They believe he will rally the dead forces and overcome the “light lord” beginning in (5.16). The propaganda about the evils of the living is complete in their homeworld and they will immediately attack the living without fear. They are all carrying maps of this floor and papers of citizenship for their homeworld.
